We are now looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in content creation, focusing on producing well-researched, insightful material.
You will be central to increasing digital engagement and enhancing the company’s thought leadership within the B2B market.
Supporting our mission to shape innovative, human-centric work environments, you will manage a monthly content calendar, ensuring all website, social media and e-newsletter content is current and strategically aligned.
You will also support marketing campaigns by developing engaging materials, collaborating with internal teams and contributing to business development efforts.
Additionally, you will:
- Conduct industry research to identify key client challenges
- Monitor and report on content performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Attend site visits, photo and video shoots, drafting briefs and co-ordinating logistics
- Explore new digital platforms and content formats, including video production
- Assist in maintaining promotional stock and supporting client engagement initiatives
- Assist in organising and executing events to foster relationships with key stakeholders
About You
To be considered as a Marketing Assistant, you will need:
- A degree level qualification in marketing or business (or to be in your final year) or equivalent experience in a marketing role
- Exceptional copywriting skills
- The ability to produce engaging and relevant content across various platforms
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- A full, valid driving licence
