Power Platform Analyst

MCS Group is seeking a skilled Power Platform Analyst to join the growing team in Belfast. This role involves designing and deploying automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, and Blue Prism, helping businesses optimise processes and enhance efficiency.

Who We are Looking For:

• Experience in Intelligent Automation, consulting, business analysis, project management or development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills to tackle complex projects and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, articulate ideas clearly, and build trusted relationships.
• Comfortable training and managing junior staff and ensuring quality client deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

• Using industry-leading tools like Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, and Blue Prism, as well as other technologies like Python.
• Work with Clients – Engage with businesses across various industries to understand needs and implement automation strategies.
• Lead & Mentor – Guide junior staff and ensure the quality of client projects.
• Continuous Improvement – Stay updated with emerging automation trends and develop innovative solutions.
