Haysare partnering with a leading food and beverage organisation, based in Belfast,to recruit for a Supply Chain Assistant in their Supply Chain Team.

Your new role
Thisrole involves managing 3PL partners, addressing queries, and escalating issues.It requires developing relationships with key customers, handling dailyqueries, and setting up monthly calls. The role also includes supporting thecustomer service team, resolving issues, and covering absences.Responsibilities include ensuring accurate stock management, managing EDI andNavision systems, and handling warehouse integration. Additionally, it involvestimely dehiring of Chep pallets, identifying efficiencies, and working onaudits. The role also entails developing service level reports, highlightingissues, and processing intercompany and direct orders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ability to work under pressure
• Someone who has supply chain experience
• Confident is using excel as we use this quite a bit
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Confident in picking up the phone and talking to people to solve issues
• Be a team player
