Finance Executive (Belfast, Immediately Available)

VANRATH are pleased to be partnered with a leading charity who are recruiting a Finance Executive to join their team on an initial interim contract for 6-12 months to then potentially be extended. This role can offer an experienced finance professional the chance to build their career within the third sector.

29k-31k SALARY

The Ideal Person

If you have experience working in Finance or Accounting role:

• Experience of purchase ledger processing.
• Experience of producing monthly management accounts.
• Experience of using Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Excel to manipulate data and produce reports.
• Demonstrable experience of maintaining a high level of customer service and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with purchase ledgers, invoices and payment runs
• Data cleaning and dealing with suppliers
• System implementation
• Cash books, general ledgers and reconciliations
