MCS Group is delighted to be working with a cloud-first Managed Service Provider, dedicated to helping businesses across the UK and Ireland. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients in the UK and Ireland market.
Consultative Sales Approach: Engage in in-depth discussions with potential clients to understand their business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Industry Expertise: Leverage knowledge of cloud services, security, and managed IT solutions to drive client engagement and confidence.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven Track Record: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development within the cloud or managed IT services sector.
Industry Experience: Must have a strong understanding of cloud solutions, security, and managed IT services.
Strategic Thinker: Can balance long sales cycles while meeting short-term new business targets.
Target-Driven: Will be assessed on new business revenue generated within the first six months.
