Our client based in Antrim, is looking for a EO2 to join their team
Job Description:- Discretionary Support claims processing/reviews/checking, to include use of relevant internal systems, application of controls/checks, guidance and legislation, use of microsoft office packages to make accurate and timely decisions. End to end claims process. Providing office cover during operational hours. Updating management on statistics and performance. Excellent customer service skills to include dissatisfaction and complaints management and application of unacceptable customer behaviour guidance. Proactive to work as part of a team/lead a team and deliver results. Ability to work on own initiative. Identify and implement service improvements. Adapt and implement change. Any other duties as directed by line manager. May have staff line management responsibilities.

Essential Criteria:- 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
- 2 alevels in any subject (certificate proof required)
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Work accurately at pace
- Attention to detail
Wage:- £14.50ph (weekly)
