Our expansion into the US began in 2022, and we now have operations in Belfast, Tampa (Florida) and Raleigh (North Carolina).

Due to recent expansion, we’re actively seeking a Trainee Recrutiment Consultant to join our team in Belfast. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that demands excellent communication, sales, and persuasion skills to foster long-lasting relationships with both candidates and clients. Role Requirements:

• Market research – Staying up to date on the industry trends, knowing your specific market.
• Sourcing candidates – Targeting and recruiting talent, while developing a pipeline of candidates for both current and future job openings.
• Managing clients – Establishing and nurturing relationships, while generating new leads through cold calling and research.
• Negotiating – Facilitating negotiations of job offers and compensation packages to ensure a favourable outcome for both candidates and clients.
• Interview scheduling and management – Coordinating interviews, offering feedback, and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
