HR Manager – Greater Belfast Area – Fixed-term contract.
I am delighted to be partnering with an award-winning organisation based in the Greater Belfast Area as they look to add an HR Manager to their team on a fixed-term contract.
The role:
As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering HR strategies and initiatives across the organisation.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist who is looking to take the next step in their HR career.
The main responsibilities:
- Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practices.
- Managing the full recruitment process.
- Providing coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations (ER) matters.
- Maintaining HR data to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Overseeing absence management procedures to ensure effectiveness.
- Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Leading the company’s well-being strategy and supporting Wellbeing Champions in ongoing initiatives.
The ideal candidate:
- A minimum of 3 years in an HR Generalist capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- CIPD Qualified.
- Proven experience handling the full employee lifecycle.
