You will be working for a well-established maintenance contractor, who has been awarded a large social housing scheme in Limavady.

Your new role
The client is seeking an experienced maintenance joiner to assist in a long-term project within social housing, where you will be based in one area throughout. You will be required to carry out a range of tasks including 1st and 2nd fix duties, such as roof gutter repairs, window and door schemes, fencing and any other joinery associated tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be required to have a valid CSR card, and provide a reference within the last 12 months, when you carried out a similar role.
