Overview

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team that supports clients across 23 countries, offering an extensive range of managed security and cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management: Oversee and nurture a portfolio of existing clients to ensure sustainable long-term partnerships.
Customer Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients to foster strong, enduring relationships.
Account Expansion: Identify and capitalise on opportunities to generate additional business within current accounts.
Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with marketing to drive potential new business opportunities through the sales pipeline to successful closure.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer challenges efficiently and effectively.
Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate projections and performance insights during regular business reviews.
Collaborative Projects: Participate in cross-functional initiatives, leveraging internal resources to address challenges and deliver solutions.
Experience and Skills Requirements
Detail Orientation: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Account Management Expertise: At least three years of experience in a senior account management role with a focus on solution-based selling.
Effective Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen.
Team Collaboration: Ability to coordinate and work seamlessly with sales and technical teams.
Project Coordination: Skilled at breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks.
Technology Awareness: Broad understanding of industry products, services, and solutions.
Influencing Skills: Adept at engaging and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
Tech Enthusiasm: Passion for technology and emerging trends.
Self-Motivation: Highly driven, goal-focused, and proactive.
Education Requirements
Minimum: Secondary education completion.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
