Our client is a specialist supplier of veterinary products to vets’ practices and agricultural merchants. They are now looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to join them on a part-time basis, working approximately 30 hours per week.

The Role
As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will oversee our client’s billing facility, ensuring that accounts are billed correctly and payments are collected in a timely manner.
Specifically, you will work closely with internal departments to maintain accurate accounts, correct discrepancies, and liaise with customers regarding their payment terms.
You will also manage account information, oversee the account opening process, and ensure that customer payments align with agreed terms.
Additionally, you will:
- Ensure all customers are invoiced accurately
- Collect outstanding payments
- Resolve customer queries by working with other departments as needed
- Ensure GDPR standards regarding customer data are met
- Process, verify and post receipts
About You
To be considered as an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will need:
- At least three years’ experience in an accounts receivable-focused role
- Experience in receivables and accounts ledger management
- Bookkeeping experience
- Previous experience managing high-value ledgers
- Experience in multi-tasking and making rounded decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/Accounting Software
- Competency in Microsoft Excel
