Application Support Analyst

MCS Group is proud to partner with a global leader in its field, currently seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join their team. In this role, you’ll work alongside the existing team to provide efficient support for end users.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Resolve IT issues, service requests, and system changes within agreed time frames.
• Escalate complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
• Assist IT Service Analysts with advanced support and coordinate with external partners.
• Maintain and troubleshoot key systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other business tools.
• Monitor IT services to minimise downtime and proactively address issues.
• Provide user support and guidance to enhance the IT experience.
• Update support documentation and contribute to service improvements.
• Collaborate with the Development and Service Delivery teams to support end users across the business.

Essential Criteria (Non-Negotiable):

• A degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an Application Support or similar role.
• Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Experience with Power BI.
