Hays are working with a nonprofit organisation based in Belfast to recruit a maintenance administrator on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As a maintenance administrator, you will act as the first point of contact
- You will organise repairs
- Liaise with contractors
- Liaise with tenants to arrange access to properties.
- Run reports for management
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working in a maintenance admin role
- Excellent customer service experience
- Highly organised with good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous working experience with MS Office and bespoke office software
What you'll get in return

- 25k per annum

- Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
