We are seeking an administrator to work in Larne to work in a hospital setting, in the community team. The hours of work for this position will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a rate of pay of £11.67 per hour.
Main job duties will include:
- Call handling and email correspondence.
- Being the first point of contact for visitors to the department.
- Reception duties.
- Typing up letters and memos.
- General admin such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents and cash handling.
What We Need From You
- 5 GCSEs to include English
- Relevant experience in an office environment to include the use of Microsoft Office packages.
