We are seeking an administrator to work in Larne to work in a hospital setting, in the community team. The hours of work for this position will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a rate of pay of £11.67 per hour.

Main job duties will include:

  • Call handling and email correspondence.
  • Being the first point of contact for visitors to the department.
  • Reception duties.
  • Typing up letters and memos.
  • General admin such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents and cash handling.

What We Need From You

  • 5 GCSEs to include English
  • Relevant experience in an office environment to include the use of Microsoft Office packages.

What We Will Offer You

  • £11.67 per hour.
  • A minimum of 28 days paid holidays (pro rata)
