Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a Temporary HR Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading facilities management business in Northern Ireland. This role requires a candidate to be available for an immediate start. The position is based in Belfast.

Our client is a leading facilities management business based in Belfast. They are an award-winning organisation that has an exceptional reputation in their field.
The Role
The HR Administrator will work within the HR Team to provide administrative assistance. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the shared HR inbox
• Booking and coordinating staff training
• Preparing training certificates
• Working with managers to ensure staff compliance with training
• Assisting with new starters and levers
• Completing onboarding documentation
The Person
The right person for this role will be a strong administrator with a background in HR or Recruitment. They will have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised and thrive within a fast-paced environment. The right person will have excellent IT skills and be confident in keeping up-to-date records in the company's database. They should be available for an immediate start.
The Benefits
The HR Administrator role offers an hourly rate of £11.44 and an immediate start. The office is based in Belfast and working hours are Monday- Thursday. 8:30am – 5:00pm, with an early finish on Fridays. Further details can be discussed upon application.
