MCS Group is proud to work exclusively with a well-established, locally grown manufacturing company eager to expand its team by adding two 1st/2nd Line Support Engineers.
This team will play a key role in an exciting modernisation project. It will focus on cloud migration and leveraging data to enhance overall business efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware and software across the site.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to IT issues as they arise.
- Provide hands-on support and maintenance for Microsoft-based technologies.
- Develop and deliver technical documentation to support new staff training.
- Assist new employees with workstation setup and onboarding training.
- Maintain and support Active Directory.
- Offer in-person and remote support to end users, ensuring a high standard of service.
What You’ll Need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer.
- Experience supporting both wired and wireless networks.
- Industry experience working with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
