A membership body based in Belfast are recruiting an Administrative Officer for a 3-month contract with possible extension
Your new role
You will provide a wide range of administrative support to the wider team.
Duties include
- Review and update databases
- Review paper documents and upload details as necessary
- To attend meetings when required, to take notes/minutes ensuring these and actions are distributed.
- Prepare materials and resources of training events/seminars as directed.
- Respond to telephone/email enquiries.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an administrative role to include data input
- Working experience using Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Microsoft Outlook
- Highly organised and able to priortise workload
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal skills. Confident on handling telephone queries
What you'll get in return
