Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Customer Service Unit Advisor - L/Derry

Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: £12.59 per hour
  • Location: L/Derry
  • Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
  • Holidays: 35 days pro rata
  • Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Duties include:
  • Customer service queries via telephone and face-to-face.
  • Provide timely administrative and co-ordination support.
  • Input data, maintain records and reporting systems.
  • Telephone duties.
Criteria:
  • 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English.
  • 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role.
  • IT/Microsoft Office proficiency - Beginner.
  • As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
