Your new role
As an Assembly Team Leader, you will oversee the assembly team, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 3 assembly workers, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and meeting production targets. Your role will also involve troubleshooting any issues that arise, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in assembly or manufacturing, with previous supervisory experience. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety are also crucial. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience in the machinery industry would be advantageous.
