• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Proven management experience in a commercial environment, ideally within manufacturing
• Significant experience as a financial or business analyst. Operational experience within business desirable
• Must have expert Microsoft Office Products experience, specifically with Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word as well as the ability to learn corporate ERP system.
• Evidence of comfort and familiarity dealing with senior stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Lead and direct a finance team of 5 Financial & Cost Accountant, including financial and management accounting processes, P&L and Balance Sheet review, and variance analysis.
• Ensure complete financial control is maintained including compliance with applicable GAAP
• Oversee monthly reporting for site, and communication of results to all stakeholders.
• Oversee the Monthly R&O and quarterly forecasting process.
• Participate in formulating and delivering business strategy.
• Provide support to commercial decision-making processes and business development.
• Ensure annual planning and budgeting process is delivered on time
• Manage the working capital cycle of the business
• Provide cash flow analysis.
• Support and approve all Capex strategy.
