VANRATH are delighted to be partnered with a leading engineering business based in Enniskillen in their recruitment of a Qualified Accountant to join the team to cover a 1 year maternity contract.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accountant will be responsible for producing the month end management accounts including budgeting & forecasting, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.

About you

• Qualified Accountant (Part Qualified may be considered)
• Results driven with an eye for detail
• Management Accounting experience
• Available at short notice

What you’ll do

• Deliver accurate cost of sales performance reporting and analysis with variances to budget/forecast which are fully understood and effectively communicated to site management
• Work with teams to investigate adverse operational variances and develop countermeasures
• Work with production managers to identify cost saving opportunities
• Take an active role in site projects to drive continuous improvements and meet site objectives
