Job Opportunity: Mobility System Engineer
Location: Belfast

Hourly Rate: Band 6 - £18.10

Duration: Temporary – Full-Time (6 Months)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Mobility System Engineer to join a dynamic ICT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Wireless and Vocera systems, resolving incidents, and contributing to operational policies. Your focus will be on providing high-quality customer service, supporting the implementation of solutions, and working closely with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage Wireless and Vocera equipment
• Resolve incidents and identify trends to prevent future issues
• Provide onsite support and training for staff across the Trust
• Ensure security protocols and software are in place to protect the system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
• Maintain network documentation and provide performance reports

Essential Requirements:

• Strong technical experience with Vocera Administration and Cisco Wireless
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to manage network documentation and assist with security processes
• Strong communication and team-working abilities
