for an HR Supervisor on behalf of the NI Assembly.
Main
duties and responsibilities are:

Co-ordinate learning and development (L&D) activities to include
supporting all administrative and delivery of internal learning events;
·
Maintain and provide accurate and timely L&D management information
and manage information in line with data protection policies and procedures;
·
Supporting the administration of external learning events including
liaising with trainers;
·
Responding to L&D queries;
·
Processing invoices related to L&D;
·
Taking forward actions following training e.g. evaluation/feedback etc.
·
Collate information to inform responses to Assembly Questions, Freedom of
Information and Data Protection requests.
·
Administer the
L&D software packages and maintain training records.

Applicants must, by the closing date for

1.
The CIPD Level 3 Diploma in
Human Resource Management or Learning and Development (or an equivalent or
higher qualification), and at least two years’ experience of:
a. Working in a L&D role.
b. Providing
administrative support for a range of L&D services to tight deadlines.
c. Using effective verbal and written
communication skills to accurately and clearly explain policy and procedures
to staff and managers.
d.
Developing
and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders, both
within and outside of your organisation to deliver a quality HR service.
e. Effectively
using Microsoft Office packages, to include MS Word, Outlook and Excel as
well as HR Management Systems to produce accurate and timely management
information and prepare HR documents.

2.
At least
four years’ experience in the areas outlined at points a) to e) above.

Hourly Rate based on £34,732 per annum
·
Up to 31/03/25 initially with possibility of extension
·
Start Date - Week commencing 10 February 2025– candidates need to
be available to start then and work in the office initially to complete a
handover.
