Programme Manager

MCS Group is seeking a number of Programme Managers for a close client of theirs who are continuing to scale their UK operations. With 2 roles available, we’re keen to connect with Programme Managers with experience of working on, managing and delivering software and technology projects ideally in organisations that have experienced rapid growth at scale. Our client operates at the cutting-edge of what they do, and they’ll offer experienced Programme Managers the chance to work in a truly interesting domain, managing and delivering portfolios of projects at fast pace.

What you’ll have

The Programme Manager will have a strong background in programme management, ideally within scaling companies.

You’ll have demonstrable experience of working with (and implementing) programme management tools and methodologies.

Experience of working with Jira, Confluence or equivalents.

On the softer skills, you’ll be a strong communicator, effective at building relationships and have and be excited at the prospect of “getting your sleeves rolled up” and stuck in as part of a highly successful, scaling business!

Salary

Competitive depending on experience with a brilliant package which includes enhanced pension and holidays, 10% bonus, private medical and stock options.
