Client
Our client is a leading specialist commercial and residential construction company working on projects throughout Northern Ireland. They pride themselves on their ability to take innovative solutions to building practices.

They have a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to deliver projects on time and to perfection
• Liaise with all levels of management
• Lead toolbox talks
• Conduct risk assessments
• Adhere to construction drawings
• Ability to perform on residential projects
• Day to day site Management of busy development to include materials and site personnel inclusive of sub-contractors.
• Effective communication with clients, architects, engineers subcontractors and house purchasers to ensure delivery of turn key homes are met.

The Ideal Person:

• Relevant Site Cards
• Effective communication skills
• 3+ year's experience as a Site Manager
• Knowledge of Health & Safety
