Job Purpose:

The Summer Vacation Assistant will work as part of the ResLife team to assist in the delivery of a 24/7 service to residents and guests by conducting key tasks assigned by the ResLife Manager. The postholder will support and assist the ResLife team to deliver exceptional customer service, delivering a range of customer-focused support and premises services, in accordance with agreed service standards and user requirements.
