Our client based in Belfast is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team
Job Description:
- Working within the Department for Communities in the Northern Ireland Civil Service, this role will deliver services for vulnerable customers who are based in Great Britain and who are seeking assistance with moving to Universal Credit (UC).
- Staff will be writing out to customers on existing benefits to advise that it is ending and steps they need to take to transfer over to UC. Staff will also be taking inbound calls to offer advice and support. Outbound calls will also be required to chase up with customers that have not made the transfer.
Essential Criteria:- 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
- You will have to undergo a Basic Access NI Check.
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to use own initiative.
Wage:
- £12.59ph (weekly)

Length Of Assignment:
- Initially 51 weeks (with possibility of extension)
Work Pattern:
- Post is based on an 8am to 8pm working pattern Monday to Friday and a requirement to work every fourth Saturday 9 am – 5 pm. Jobholder will be required to work a variety of patterns between 8am and 8pm.DWP business areas in Northern Ireland adhere to Great Britain Easter Public Holidays and jobholder will be required to observe Easter Public Holidays of Good Friday and Easter Monday.
