Your new role
As a Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing integrated digital marketing campaigns across all social media platforms to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and drive sales. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing social media channels, creating and posting engaging content (blogs, articles, videos, graphics), and community management. You will also design eye-catching promotional materials for both digital and print, set up and manage social media advertising campaigns, and track performance using analytics tools like GA4. Additionally, you will engage with influencers, update website content, manage SEO, and plan and deliver email marketing campaigns. Supporting the general marketing and communications function of the organisation and ensuring compliance with the organisation's Security & Confidentiality policy will also be key aspects of your role.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 GCSEs at Grades A-C (or equivalent qualifications) including English Language.
- A minimum of 2 years’ recent relevant experience in a similar role, devising and executing successful digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Experience managing social media platforms, including advertising on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business.
- Proficiency in website management and SEO.
- Skills in tracking and reporting on performance using analytics tools.
- Competence in video editing and graphic design (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva).
- Experience in email marketing.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends and confidence in working with guests and staff to coordinate, capture, and edit video and graphics content.
- IT literacy, including proficiency in all Microsoft Office programmes.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, but you must be flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
