The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems across a variety of client sites. You will combine your technical expertise with excellent customer service, delivering maintenance, repairs, and support to meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical equipment and systems.
• Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Perform reactive and planned maintenance in line with client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records, including reports and documentation.
• Travel to client sites across Belfast using the company-provided van.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: A certification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is essential.
• Experience: Proven track record in facilities management, with strong mechanical maintenance expertise.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
