The team are looking for a talented Global Planning Manager to join their dynamic team and contribute to continued success.
Your new role
As the Global Planning Manager, you will lead the demand planning, business planning, and forecasting processes for the global product portfolio. You will be responsible for governing business planning and demand forecasting practices, contributing to supply chain resilience, and driving consensus across multi-functional stakeholders. Your role will involve analysing data to enhance demand forecasts, identifying and mitigating risks, and leading the preparation of Demand Review Meetings. You will collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to translate business assumptions into demand plans and support technical upgrades and enhancements of forecasting systems.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a relevant field, along with 10+ years of experience in demand and/or business planning within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in process definition, implementation, and change management is essential. You should have in-depth knowledge of planning, strong leadership and influencing skills, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in SAP and IBP Integrated Business Planning, as well as experience in implementing and driving an S&OP process, is required. A flexible and adaptable approach to dynamic business challenges is crucial.
