Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a Wealth Management Practice in Newry to recruit for a Full time Administrator to join their busy team. The role will be office based and would suit an Administrator or Graduate who is looking to work within Wealth Management.

The Client

Our Client is a well established Wealth Management Firm spanning over 40 years in business based in Newry. The company provides clients with a range of financial advice in Pensions, Investments, Life and Mortgages. The Administrator will support the Financial Advisors.

The Role

The role of Financial Services Administrator will be to support Advisors with a range of administration duties, to include:

  • Manage the processing and case management of New Business applications for Pension, Investments, Life and Mortgages.
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage new business applications to completion, ensuring all relevant paperwork and compliance is received.
  • Build and develop relationships with clients and Product providers.
  • Manage information on the Back Office CRM system
  • Manage the client review process and issue review invites
  • Diary management and appointment setting
  • Reception cover when required
  • Any other administrative support that the Advisors require.

Essential Criteria

  • This role would suit a Graduate looking to move into Financial Services or an Administrator who has an interest working in Wealth Management.
  • Willingness to learn and have a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • GCSE English and Math or equivalent

  • Salary is £22 - £24k depending on experience
