VANRATH is exclusively partnering with a global manufacturer located in County Armagh, to help appoint a HR Business Partner to the team, on a full-time permanent basis.

The Role

This role will involve providing strategic HR support, managing employee relations, driving performance and engagement, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and union agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR within manufacturing, a collaborative approach to partnering with leadership, and a solid understanding of union dynamics and collective bargaining.

The Person

• 3rd Level Qualification in HR or a relevant subject
• CIPD Qualified level 5
• At least 3 year’s working at a similar level in a Manufacturing or related setting
• Unionised experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
