CSU Advisor
£11.98 per hour
37 hours a week Monday to Friday
Main Duties:
- Answering telephone calls and recording customer contact
- Recording repairs
- Following up requests for work
- Arranging appointments
- Registering new housing applications
- Accurate recording of customer details
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs to include English and Maths (grade C or above)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- 1 year of administrative experience
