The Role:

As the successful Corporate Finance Analyst you will have the following responsibilities:

• Preparing due diligence and other ad hoc reports to support clients through transaction process and meet deadlines
• Preparing and analysing weekly and monthly financial statements
• analysis of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements and cash flow)
• Generalist role to support the Partner and Manager.

The Person:

The successful Corporate Finance Analyst will meet the following criteria:

• Open on experience
• Part Qualified or Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong analytic skills
• experience in Corporate Finance preferred but not essential
