Junior Procurement Specialist

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a leading Tech company based in Belfast, with operations globally to recruit a Procurement Specialist to their team.

Role will include;

• Supporting sourcing initiatives across indirect categories.
• Manage procurement processes, supplier contracts, and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) procedures.
• Negotiate effectively to ensure the best commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and legal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while identifying opportunities for cost savings and performance improvements.
• Provide guidance in procurement practices, ensuring risk mitigation and adherence to legal frameworks.
• Support implementation and delivery of Procurement Policy and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and regulations
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive performance improvements, cost savings and risk mitigation.
