Asset Information Systems Manager

MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with Translink for an exciting new permanent opportunity based in Belfast for an Asset Information Systems Manager.

About the role

The post holder will oversee the development, implementation, and management of the Rail Infrastructure Asset Management System (RIAMS), as it is applied across the various departments of the Infrastructure and Projects Directorate (IPD).

Essential Criteria

• Degree, or equivalent, in Information Management, Data Science, IT or other relevant discipline plus 3 years work experience developing and utilizing asset information management systems into business as usual.
OR
• Post Graduate Degree/Masters in Information Management, Data Science, IT or other relevant discipline plus 2 years work experience developing and utilizing asset information management systems into business as usual.
• Experience of strategy planning, development, and implementation.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and communications (internal & external) including an ability to influence senior managers and manage customer expectations.
• Experience of leading, developing and motivating staff in a data-driven organisation.
