32 days annual leave (increasing with long service).

MCS Group is currently working alongside a fast-paced and innovative manufacturing organisation to recruit a marketing Executive to join their growing team.

This is an exciting role to join a dynamic, innovative, and creative Marketing team. This role provides an opportunity to engage in both traditional and digital marketing activities while contributing to the development and promotion of new products, services, and brands.

Role Responsibilities

• Play an integral role in the New Product Development process, providing creative and technical input.
• Create, develop, and implement marketing campaigns to support product brands and services.
• Collaborate with the events team to plan, design, and implement key exhibitions/events.
• Produce, copy-write, and proofread marketing material, technical information, and customer communications.
• Contribute to the digital marketing strategy and enhance the online presence of company and product brands.
• Support customer-specific marketing needs, including showroom materials and bespoke campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and influences.
• Develop and manage website content and update social media profiles.

Essential Criteria

• Degree in Marketing or a related business field / Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
