About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pasteuriser Operator to join our team. This role involves operating pasteurisation equipment to ensure the safe and efficient production of high-quality products. You will play a critical role in maintaining product safety and consistency while adhering to industry standards and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pasteurisation equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of temperatures, pressures, and processing times.
• Conduct regular checks and adjustments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform quality control checks, including sampling and testing of products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to prevent production downtime.
• Clean and sanitise equipment in line with hygiene and safety standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or dairy production environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with pasteurisation processes and equipment.
• Awareness of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends, if required.
• A proactive approach to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Work Schedule

• Routine Shifts: Monday to Friday schedule, providing consistency.
• Overtime Opportunities: Additional hours available for those looking to increase their earnings.

Location Requirements

• Commute or Relocation: Applicants must have a reliable commute or be willing to relocate to Lisburn before starting work.
