Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
Location: Dungannon area, all projects are in Northern Ireland.

A specialist utility company seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, 10+ years of secure work already in the pipeline and growing, only need to manage 1 junior team member.
All pricing for labour, materials and projects priced and agreed annually for jobs.

Responsibilities:
Preparation of pricing for all upcoming & completed jobs.
Gathering accurate costings from site staff, sub-contractors & IT systems to bill correctly to the client.
Identify variants, investigate and ensure pricing is accurate and explainable.
Report on completed works on a weekly & monthly basis.
Analyse progress and financials, including risks or concerns on a regular basis to management, customers or site managers.
Liaise between site staff, project managers, senior management and the client on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with all contracts on costs, ISO standards and company H&S.
Requirements:
Ideally - 5+ years in Quantity Surveying experience gained in Utilities, Civils, M&E, or Construction.
Strong financial reporting experience and excellent documentation management.
A relevant 3rd level construction qualification in Quantity Surveying or related constructions degree.
Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills.
Strong presentation, reporting and some previous people management skills.
Driving License.
