Randstad is looking for a dedicated and organised Administrator to provide essential support to professionals across the health care trust. In this role, you'll be the backbone of a busy office, ensuring smooth operations and offering outstanding service. Requirements :

You are a highly motivated individual with:

  • A minimum of 4 GCSEs, including Maths and English (or equivalent), OR an NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent).
  • Experience using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Minute-taking experience is highly desirable.
  • At least 12 months’ experience in a clerical or administrative role (healthcare experience is a plus!).
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills,
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to your work and the ability to prioritise tasks with ease.
  • A willingness to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide vital support to healthcare professionals , including filing, photocopying, and handling enquiries.
  • Play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the directorate through clerical support.
  • Ensuring the patient information systems are updated to include all relevant and accurate information
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle patient records and sensitive data with utmost confidentiality.
  • Proving support and advice to patients and families both in person and on the phone
