Requirements :
You are a highly motivated individual with:
- A minimum of 4 GCSEs, including Maths and English (or equivalent), OR an NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent).
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Minute-taking experience is highly desirable.
- At least 12 months’ experience in a clerical or administrative role (healthcare experience is a plus!).
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills,
- A proactive, adaptable approach to your work and the ability to prioritise tasks with ease.
- A willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide vital support to healthcare professionals , including filing, photocopying, and handling enquiries.
- Play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the directorate through clerical support.
- Ensuring the patient information systems are updated to include all relevant and accurate information
- Manage diaries, appointments, and meetings
- Handle patient records and sensitive data with utmost confidentiality.
- Proving support and advice to patients and families both in person and on the phone
