A Public Sector Organisation based in Belfast City Centre recruiting an Admin Assistant on a temporary basis.
Your new role
As an admin officer, you will support the wider team with the general day to day administrative duties. You will act as a first point of contact for queries coming into the team.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, to include English Language and Mathematics
- 2 years’ experience in an administrative role dealing effectively with client/customer queries in person and by telephone.
- Maintaining and updating electronic and paper-based office administration systems
- Working experience using MS Office packages: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Use excellent communication skills to response to emails/correspondence.
