Vanrath are recruiting for a Band 4 Administrator on behalf of a large public sector company in Antrim on a temporary basis.

About your next employer
The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the quality led and senior staff and assisting with auditing and supporting documentation

What you’ll do

  • Type reports, memos, letters, forms etc to a high standard, as required
  • The post-holder will be required to provide clerical support to other members of staff within the department.
  • Prioritising and carrying out word-processing duties to a high standard.
  • Varied Admin support for Blood Bank Quality Lead and Blood Bank senior staff
  • Performing and documenting audits to a high standard
  • Use of Qpulse (quality management system)

About you
Successful applicants must hold:
Essential:

  • 5 GCSEs (grades A*-C) or equivalent to include English Language, Mathematics and one science subject.

Desirable:

  • A background degree in Science / IT / Business related subject
  • Qualification and / or experience in a Quality role would be beneficial

Must be:

  • Highly proficient in IT
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
  • Ability to work systematically
