Hays are working with a leading legal services company to recruit a Contract Analyst.
Your new role
In your new role, as Contract Analyst, you will deliver a high-quality service to clients working on legal and regulatory projects for global clients. Gaining exposure to various contract types, from financial services documents to high-value commercial contracts.
You will be responsible for:

• Contract Analysis: Review and ensure the quality of other analysts' work.
• Clause Capturing: Extract clauses into predefined fields.
• Template Preparation: Create contract templates (calibration).
• Contract Types: Handle various contracts like commercial, public, MSA, NDA, and SOW.
• Training and Oversight: Train and supervise Contract Analysts.
• Quality Control: Maintain quality standards and manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Training Materials: Help prepare training materials, provide team feedback, and act as the primary escalation point for team members and clients.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Law degree
• Legal eligibility to work in the country
• Experience in commercial legal environments or professional services
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter, capable of working in teams or individually
• Ability to handle competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience managing clients and internal stakeholders
