Junior Solicitor (Holywood)
We are working with a well-established law firm based in Holywood to recruit a Junior Solicitor to join their General Practice team, with a particular focus on Probate work. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain comprehensive experience in a supportive, dynamic, and professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling probate cases, including preparing wills, managing estates, and liaising with clients and beneficiaries.
- Provide legal advice and support across various practice areas, such as family law, property law, and contract disputes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and high standards of service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Solicitor.
- Some experience or exposure to probate law and general legal practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Strong ability to work effectively in a team, manage client relationships, and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- High level of accuracy in drafting documents and conducting legal research.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
