Production Team Lead (Nightshift) - Ballymena - Permanent

About the role:

• £17.00 per hour
• Full time
• 5.00 pm - 6.00 am, Nightshift
• Monday - Thursday , 3 day weekend
• On site parking

You will have full responsibility for managing production operations and staff to achieve the performance targets set by the Production Manager. Duties will include:

• Ensure slick changeovers, making sure all materials/utensils and instructions are available
• Support your Production Manager in all areas to ensure Company objectives and KPIs are achieved
• Check during runs – weight control, machine set up, quality spec, recording of production sheets etc
• Lead and direct team members with clear objectives / accountabilities to achieve daily operational targets
• Optimise energy usage, looking at opportunities for energy reduction and carbon footprint reduction

Criteria:

• Previous manufacturing leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with varying stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external
• Problem solving skills
• Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Good general education – to include Maths & English GCSE's at Grade C or above
