FIXED TERM CONTRACT – GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY SECTOR

REED is delighted to be further assisting an expanding, innovative technology business in the Antrim area, in the appointment of a full-time VP of Procurement for a 12-month fixed term contract.

The role

This role presents an exciting opportunity to introduce good practice and evolve procurement and supplier management within a fast-paced global business. Our client seeks to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic individual who engages stakeholders to understand needs. Someone who is focused on securing the right supplier to deliver against those outcomes at a competitive price and with a good level of service throughout the lifecycle of the supplier. This is a dynamic environment, and the VP of Procurement will be delivering service across the global footprint. • Procurement Planning
• Market Engagement
• Contract Management
• Supplier Management
• Compliance, Regulations and Ethics
• Risk and Reporting
• Line Management

Essential Criteria

• At least 3+ years of experience managing procurement in a global setting
• Experience setting up a procurement function
• Experience of procurement over a range of categories including Tech and Marketing
• 3+ years of direct leadership experience
• Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills

Desirable: CIPS Accreditation
