MCS Group are delighted to be supporting a large public sector organisation based in Belfast in adding a Performance and Reporting Officer to their Enterprise Support Team.
The Role will consist of:
- Analysing and reporting on activities, outputs, outcomes and performance KPI's across the service.
- Collaborating with local organisations to to raise the ambition around the delivery of enterprise support, in support of the statutory obligations in the area.
- Looking after CRM data integrity.
- Monitoring and reporting of compliance, risk and organisation governance.
- Research tasks for specialised projects.
- Inducting and participation in training for new staff.
- Recruitment support.
The Person
As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:
Essential:
- Applicants must posses a 3rd-level qualification within a relevant subject such as Business Studies, Economics, Management, Public Policy.
- Prior experience within performance management, monitoring and reporting of performance data and indicators.
- Stakeholder engagement activity with Internal and External members of staff.
