The Role:

• Manage and mentor an audit team
• Develop personal and professional growth strategies
• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients
• Work with teams across various jurisdictions
• Lead management teams on complex engagements
• Opportunity to take part in business development

The Person:

• ACA/ACCA Qualifed or equivalent
• Extensive experience of working with IFRS, UK, US GAAP or equivalent reporting standards
• Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities and ability to develop and motivate teams with team members at all levels
• Ability to develop effective client relationships, in particular establishing rapport, trust and confidence with stakeholders
• Desire to progress you career to the highest level
