The Education
Manager, Qualifications (History, Government and Politics) will provide high
quality delivery, development and support of CCEA GCE AS/A2, GCSE
qualifications and as required, in relation to curriculum matters at Key Stage
3. The post-holder will also be responsible
for overseeing and managing work related to the development, conduct, technical
operation, support and marketing of examinations/qualifications as well as
contributing to relevant work across the business.
The successful
applicant will be highly motivated with at least 3 years-experience of teaching
History and/or Government and Politics up to GCE level (or above) and/or have
experience of working as an educationalist in a related subject area (at
mid-management level), within an area of assessment/qualification development.
