Honeycomb is excited to partner with a well-established property company in the search for a Property Manager to join their growing Belfast office

The Job

We are looking for a dedicated Property Manager with extensive experience in the property sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in property management, coupled with strong interpersonal and client-handling skills. From coordinating maintenance and managing budgets to building relationships with tenants and landlords, this role offers a dynamic and rewarding challenge.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have;

• Previous experience working as a property manager (Essential)
• A UK driving license (Essential)
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to work and adapt to a fast-paced changing environment
• A can- do attitude
• Be ready to hit the ground running
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlooks, Word, PowerPoint etc)

Your Package/Benefits:

• Salary £28,000- £30,000 dependant on experience
• Full-time in office Monday – Friday
• Employer pension contribution
• Monthly bonus’
• Use of the company car when needed for viewings
• Ability to grow and develop your career
